(AI Policy)

AI content is produced by:

La Vida Marketing (Cyprus) Ltd

1. Introduction and Scope

This AI Usage Policy ("Policy") describes the principles, methods, and measures we apply when using artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI tools within our company.

Our commitment to transparency, responsibility, and quality is based on applicable legal requirements, in particular Article 4 of the EU AI Regulation, which prescribes a transparency obligation for the use of AI.

This Policy covers:

The use of AI-supported systems to assist our content and processes

Quality assurance and review of AI-generated content

Data protection & ethical principles in the use of AI

Disclaimers and the delineation of our responsibility

2. Transparency in the Use of AI

We use various AI tools to make texts, images, videos and transcribed content more efficient and of higher quality.

We use AI exclusively as a supporting tool to structure, optimize and refine our content.

2.1 AI technologies used & their application

ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), ManusAI & Perplexity.ai
→ Creation, optimization & structuring of texts (blog articles, email marketing, social media posts, website copy, funnel content & product descriptions)

Midjourney
→ Generation of graphics, illustrations, logos, photorealistic images & design elements

Happyscribe
→ AI-assisted transcription of audio and video content for creating subtitles & textual summaries

Filmora Wondershare
→ Use of AI-powered features for video & audio enhancement, animation creation and AI voice processing

Diverse Research-AI Tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity)
→ Support in structured information retrieval

We ensure that our AI outputs are not adopted without review. Every AI-generated content is reviewed, checked, corrected and optimized by an expert.

3. Quality standards & responsibility in the use of AI

3.1 Manual review & quality control

All AI-generated content is manually reviewed for correctness, plausibility and quality.

AI serves as an assisting tool, not as the sole source for content decisions.

We apply proven prompt-engineering principles to maximize the accuracy, depth & structure of our content.

3.2 No processing of personal data through AI

We never input personal or confidential data (neither ours nor third parties') into AI systems.

If external content is analyzed or further processed, this is done manually and with the highest data protection standards.

3.3 Reduction of errors & AI hallucinations

AI can produce so-called "hallucinations" (false statements, fabricated content). Therefore we validate all critical information twice — through further research and manual verification processes.

4. Legal framework & EU AI Regulation (Article 4)

4.1 Transparency obligation under the EU AI Regulation

According to Article 4 of the EU AI Regulation, companies are required to make it clear when content was generated using AI.

All our content is created and reviewed by humans, with AI used only as a supporting technology.

We strictly adhere to the legal framework, especially classification of AI systems by risk categories and compliance with data protection and security requirements under the GDPR.

We do not use unethical or prohibited AI practices, in particular no automated mass manipulation or unlawful biometric analyses.

5. Data protection, ethics & social responsibility

5.1 Ethics in AI use

We use AI responsibly and ethically. This includes:

No unauthorized use of AI for critical or misleading content.

No use of deepfakes, manipulative AI images or fake persons that imitate real people.

Adherence to the highest journalistic and editorial standards.

5.2 Data protection & security

Our systems are GDPR-compliant and observe strict data protection guidelines.

AI is not used to process sensitive or personal data.

We take technical and organizational measures to keep AI-generated content secure & traceable.

6. Disclaimer & responsibility

6.1 No guarantee for external AI sources

While we exercise the highest care in the use of AI, we cannot guarantee external data sources, AI-generated suggestions or changing algorithms. Content from other websites, AI tools or third-party providers does not represent our opinion.

6.2 No affiliation with AI providers

We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic, Meta or other AI companies, nor have we developed or trained our own AI models.

7. Future adjustments to this policy

As the legal and technological framework for AI evolves constantly, we reserve the right to regularly update and adapt this AI policy.
